great work Ian, rain always adds another element to shooting - as I've said before I enjoy it and the shots I get.

weatherproof gear is a bonus :) as a hobbyist peasant I have to make do without and resort to nylon covers, hahahaha

I think that the pack of Minis heading down into Clervaux sums up the conditions on Sunday perfectly Ian. It was a tad damp at times!! It was a shame that Liam 'accident waiting to happen' Doran wrecked the car after doing a total of two laps, as the RS200 looks very photogenic in the Hydrex colours. The overtaking move of the day was Pat Flynn in the revivals class when he did a huge powerslide through the clervaux gravel trap, overtaking two cars to take the lead. Never seen that done before!

Cheers,

Simon.

Thanks Simon, Pat Flynn is certainly a showman:rolleyes:

Did it spit with rain?

And you may just have made up my mind with the next body / lens combo if you can get shots like this on a hateful day.

Superb.

Cheers Jofan, you wouldn't regret it:)

Thanks Dave, although all the gear was weather sealed I was still using my patented mega expensive rain protectors (in other words a pair of ex army waterproof trousers:lol: £4.99 ebay;))

Cheers
Ian
