I have been asked to do a bridal portrait in studio (i.e. my black background and AB800s with softbox). Anyone have some posing ideas for me, or suggestions for books to go out and buy that cover this subject matter? Posting some examples for me to see would be superb!

Any of the bride magazines will give you plenty of ideas.

Ehh... most of them are either outdoors, or integrate objects (background stuff, etc) into the overall image. I won't have that luxury.

One thing you can do si bring an inspiration sheet with you to the shoot. It will serve to refresh you and maybe help set up the poses that you are trying to achieve.
