Hi, I was just wondering what type of file do I put on a cd when its TFP work? I'm shooting in the highest quality jpeg. Also if I edit a couple of pictures should I give them a downsized version?

Oh, and whenever I give anything to clients I set lightroom to higest quality jpeg with short edge at 2500px Time For Prints...Often used in fashion/modelling circles.. Instead of paying for the model's time you give her/him prints or a CD of images.. Usually done with models first starting out wanting to build up their portfolios.. Jurgen

Jul 08, 2008 11:09 | #7 ah ok, I've only shot friends of mine so far so I've been giving them the high quality jpeg. But I didn't know to only give them a handful of pictures. Ah, so much to learn. Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder.

Such as I have shot for a single concept. So all of the pictures are only slightly different. I would not give the model 7 of them. They are all the same. I would only give the one that made the cut. And in its final edited form. If you are just shooting and have 3 wardrobe changes at 5 locations, I would give atleast 1 shot from each combination. 3 changes X 5 locations = 15 images. I think you get the idea.,

Jul 08, 2008 16:50 | #9 I like to give them the best representation of the shoot. It might be 5 images or it might be ten.. The model could be your next wedding shoot or lead to other opportunities. Thats the way I roll *LOL*
