Not sure if this is the correct place, but I am having problems posting pictures...

I have searched the forums, but either I am not putting in the correct words or it is not working well....

I have a picture, currently posted on flickr.com that I would like to embed. When I paste the link, it is just that... a link... I want the picture to show.

If I can't do that, how do I embed the pic for the posting? What is the largest size I can go...
