Is there a Canon EOS Digital camera strap that is better than the one that ships with the 5D?

I'd like to be able to un-hook it when shooting, to get it out of the way, but would like to be able to re-attach it quickly, when moving.

I like the Canon brand and would prefer to stick with it, if one is offered.

I could not find it on B&H's website.

i have the canon pro1 strap. It sounds like what your looking for. It unsnaps easily and has swivels on the strap. The only annoying part is when you take the strap off, the part of the strap that stays on the camera is ~5-6" long.

Have a look in the forum shop (link found at the top of this page) - there's a very popular strap to be found in there.

I like the Domke Gripper straps, personally - I use them as wrist straps rather than neck straps so the thinner size works out perfectly. They can come with quick release straps if you like.
