Hot Shoe Mount for Off Camera Cord 2

Where can a replacement hot shoe mount for the Canon Off Camera Cord 2 be purchased.

I broke one side of of the part that slides into the hot shoe this weekend and it's very easy to take off but very difficult to find.

I've searched Canon's site and the internet but so far nothing.

Any help appreciated.

Yeah it's surprisingly cheap. I got a 430EX for $70 because a piece was broken on the bottom. So I paid the extra $10 to fix it and BAM! Practically new 430EX for $80. :D
