Have had my 40D for a few months now and am still loving it. Have got a Canon 70-200 L lens on the shopping list, just waiting for some money back from the taxman.

Meanwhile, the first additional lens I have treated myself to is Canon's 50mm 1.8 that so many people have recommended, especially given how affordable they are. Thought it only fair to post up a sample piccy taken with this lens.

Is that a real Lambo? It looks like a Fiero lambo kit car. The wheels/Tires look small and the actual length does not seem correct. Just curious...

I wouldn't be so quick to judge without a more up close view, looks like a Diablo GTR to me.

Sorry to disappoint you guys who think it's a kit - it's real.

It's a Diablo GT, which was never officially imported into the States, just Europe.

For anyone who requires further evidence, more photos from the same sequence were used to build the interactive web views here

If you click round to the rear view, open the engine cover, and then click to reveal the engine bay view, that should dispel any doubts.

Black rims always look small.
