HV Star warranty - CPL filter

Hey there guys,

I bought a Hoya PRO1 CPL filter from HV Star approximately in March and I'm wondering if anyone has ever dealt with them in regards to warranty. The actual lens on the filter isn't intact anymore for some odd reason. It wiggles around on the treads of the holder and I'm not sure what to do.

I would think that after that long of a time any warranty work would be covered by the filter manufacturer.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point..
