Does anyone happen to know what the camera restrictions are for the US Open in August/September? I've been searching but haven't been able to find policy and I have a zoom lens that I would love to bring.

A lot of people have suggested that the white pro lens are usually not allowed in so most people try to hide it. The suggestion I got was to get a hip bag (since you are not allowed backpacks then hide the lens at the bottom with some stuff on top). Once you are in...you're in. All bags are subject to search, must be a single compartment and cannot be larger than 12”Wx12”Hx16”L. The following items are prohibited and MAY NOT be brought onto the premises: * commercial video cameras or recording devices; Since still cameras are not mentioned, this usually means anything that will fit inside the aforementioned bag size is cool, as long as you don't interfere with other fans and that the pictures are for personal use. http://www.denniswierzbicki.com
