Yikes.
If it was cropped a bit higher to not show the no arms - you'd get a tone of questions about whether it was fake or real with a ton of makeup or what.

the mannequins ,we call them dummies over here (no insult meant to the mannequins .......) they were behind the artists in the windows
(very busy street)
moving around slightly I was able to line up the picture differently (posted first)
