ASHHY. You get these shots with alot of practice. Just go play around with your settings, experiment and read stuff on here as much as you can.

The 1st two were shot in Manual mode, with one flash off camera.

Just personal preference (or possibly monitor difference), but I would try playing with levels/curves a little bit to bring out the colors a bit more. Here is a really quick levels adjustment:
