So I really want a canon remote for my 30D but I want a wireless one and havn't been able to find one. Does Canon make a wireless remote? If not what is the best brand you'd suggest? I'm making a list of things I need to finish my studio and trying to find and average price so I can get the money out of my cd. Any ideas?

it's a money thing. I got a wireless remote on ebay for about $30 and also got the traditional style knock off here at the POTN store. That latter one allows one to use standard jacks to extend the length. I thought that was a cool idea or else I would have also bought that on ebay.

Yes, Canon makes a wireless remote that you can use with your 30D but it's IR, not RF, and it costs around US$430.00.

For that kind of money, you might be better off with a PocketWizard which can also be used to wireless trigger flashes and strobes.

Here is the one I use with a 30D:

It works as advertised, and is shipped from California.

Oh goodness... well that's definitely a little too expensive LOL! so I think I'll probably go with one of the other brands. ;)

I have this same one for my 40d. No complaints.
