I think it's time for an upgrade. . . perhaps?
I was carrying a 24 f 2.8, 35l, 50 f1.8 and 85 f1.8, 2 lighting stands, 2 small umbrellas and 3 flashes. Now both of my shoulders hurts a lot. Yeah it feels really heavy.
BTW, I am using Tenba messenger bag.

Will a backpack helps my situation?
I am really thinking of getting sling bag like this . . .

recommend me a bag that will fit a 24-70, 70-200, 35L, 85 f1.8 and 3 flashes.

Opinions & experience needed. thanks.

Heh.... I wouldn't want to carry that amount of kit in my car let alone on my shoulder. All joking aside... with that amount of kit you need to spread the load I think. Tamrac Expedition 7 or 8 bags are probably big enough for most of the kit but the light stands and umbrellas need thinking about. The Tamrac has a tripod holder on it so I guess you could adapt that in some way but that is still a lot to carry.

Definately get the kit into a back pack as they have waist straps/harness to even the load, you may then need another bag like the Manfrotto tripod type bag to carry the stands and umbrellas. That way only the lighting kit will be hand held.

Good luck.

Thanks for the info.
I use my tripod bags and put my light stands and umbrella there.

I think I'll need to get a sling bag instead of shoulder bag.

My pelican RSV holds my camera stuff +2 laptops and tripod . no light stands shades or reflectors .
The wheels are strong enough that I have put a 24 pack of Pepsi's on it .
Mainly for floors , smooth surfaces - not for hiking or trails .

I actually never look at the rolling bags before. But definitely will take a look at those.
I'm really considering a backpack type for now. It's divide the weight equally than a shoulder bag or sling bags.

Thanks I need to take a look at those.
I did not realized how important a camera bag is.
When I first bought it, I just go to a local store and buy one that I like without giving any thought.
Ohh so many homework to do. . .(researching).
But it's exciting tho. . . :)
