The photographer with the beard in the black works for one of the local newspapers (Det News or Free Press). The other photographer is always at the local events, but I do not know who he shoots for. No, I was told that it is moisture in the air they are pushing and it forms that ring. They are going just under the speed of sound so I am told. JR
