resize action for 3 sizes

I need an action to:

Open an image, resize it to 750x*** pixel, save to filename-l.jpg, then resize to 310x***, save to filename-m.jpg, then resize to 150x***, save to filename-k.jpg.

How can I make it?

What version Photoshop?
In CS2 or CS3:

• Open an image
  
• Start recording an action
  
• resize it to 750x*** (I'd use "Fit Image", so it works on landscape and portrait orientation)
  
• save to a folder "large"
  
• resize to 310x***
  
• save to folder "medium"
  
• resize to 150x***
  
• save to folder "small"
  
• Stop recording.
