I thought the Morgans had JAP "V" twins. That looks like a flat boxer twin more like a BMW engine and I think BMW made such 3 wheelers but this doesn't look like one. It is Q plates normally associated with imports???

I have done some Googling and I think it is a Lomax 223 see here http://pages.zoom.co.uk/elvis/gal46.html if you Google Lomax 223 it turns out is was a kit car and that explains the "Q" plate and the varied/varous front end finishes.#

Certainly a good spot of what I surmise is not a common 'car'.
