I rather like those edge treatments :) As for the pics, I would have left out the man-made highway and tried to isolate the natural setting. The sky in #2 is VERY nice. Both are very travel poster material (not a bad thing).

Nice shots. I like the road included as that shows the true nature of the trail...a highway running along the shore amid the mountains.

Thanks guys. The edge treatment was an action one of my fellow forumites on another forum sent me. I liked it on his pics and he was generous enough to send it to me. As far as the road goes . . . it's the road that is the main item along the Cabot Trail. It skirts mountains all around the coast. The views are unbelievable as anyone who has driven it will surely attest. People come from all over the world to drive this trail . . . . . Some will do it clockwise and then turn around the next day and do the reverse trip it's that pretty. The Fall season has to be seen to be believed. Google Celtic Colours sometime . . . music and scenery at its best!

Nice photos. I like them both very much, and I don't think I'd change anything with them.

Lovely scenery out there too. One day I'll make it to the other coast!
