I'm still learning the ropes on white balance and developing an eye for what color is correct in a photograph. I was at a wedding this weekend shooting for fun and had some challenging low-light conditions in a church where I didn't want to use a flash. Below is the same RAW shot with 3 different white balance settings. Which one looks 'correct' in terms of skin tone, overall balance, etc.?

Standard Settings:

Tungsten:

Point Selection, the wall to the right of her head:

I think the tungsten looks the best, but can't tell if there is still a yellowish tint to the wall in the tungsten shot.

What about this one?

Standard Settings:

In this case, I thought the point selection might look a bit more natural in the skin tones, but the tungsten has a warmer look to it.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Dan

tungsten looks pretty close to me. maybe a small tweak here and there, but overall pretty close.

Thanks for the feedback. Could I also get opinions on this set? Tungsten filter still seems awfully yellow. I used a point on the white drapes on the podium for the point selection white balance.

i think there is a happy medium between your tungsten and point selection shot here. the latter is closer in my opinion. might need to be just a touch warmer, but of course that is user preference. you could try adding a warm up filter in photoshop to see if that does the trick, and adjust opacity to taste.
