Canon 40D W\ 28 135 IS LENS DEAL

Hi everyone, I was looking and see the rebate offer of $200.00 making the sale price of a 40D with 28 135 IS lens for 1299.99 at Best buy. As I have a 10% off coupon the price will be 1169.99 and if I use the mail in rebate to register with Canon is another $50.00 making the final price $1119.99. How's that for a deal?

I got the same thing, thought it was a great deal. Only thing to be weary of is it appears Canon is putting cheaper versions of the lens in the kit. My 28-135 from the kit is nowhere close to as good as the one I had previously. Softer, duller and not as accurate with color. So be prepared to have another lens.

yes thats what I said, current owners who are upgrading, it only works if you have one of the rebels

unless I am missing something you have a 30D which is not eligable

or maybe you have the upc from a rebel, if so then your set
