Just a moment in a long, gruelling race.

OK serious question... Would you use this in a newspaper?

This pic gets my vote for Best Sports Pic of 2008. Nice catch.

I don't think I would use it for publication in a newspaper, unless it is a send-up or parody of the "thrill of victory and the agony of defeat"

Who wants the rest of my sandwich? ...

So, I'm here at work enjoying my lunch and checking out the POTN forums.

I see the title and intrigued, I open the post ...

Oh no ... , you've got to be joking! ...

Gotta admit though, it's the funniest title and photo I've seen for a while! :D

Great capture ...

As for the newspaper part ...

Maybe in an ad for tissues perhaps ... :)

cheers,
J&D

... See it WAAAAAY too often. Got sprayed once during the cycle leg while passing a competitor. I'm sure he knew I was there. ... Nothing I could do. It was like a fine mist. YUK.

At least she did it during the last leg. ... Not likely to hit anyone when you're only running 7 mph.

Can't believe you took this picture, but it is a little interesting in a sicko way
