I have windows 2000! I installed Twain Drivers and it detected "new hardware" after the installation. Before when I plugged in the USB it would do nothing. Now it will detect new hardware beu it gets stuck on connecting everytime. I have tried several times, but same thing. The Twain download made a difference, but obviously needs some tweaking!

I tried unplugging and plugging back in the usb, it opens Adobe Photoshop Album 3.0 Photo downloader and gives a prompt saying connecting to device, but never does anything else.
