Assalam alaikum. Peace be upon you, but I'll have no peace until I can decide which of these versions to include in my web gallery. (I know, pretty goofy turn of phrase;)) I've included both a color and B&W version below. Let me know which one you prefer or if there is something I've overlooked in either the color original or the B&W, i.e., the crop or the conversion or some other aspect of PP that might help strengthen the image. Tell me too if you think it's not working.

Shukran.

Colour, definitely for me. The blue and orange hues are complimentary.

just to make things harder for you, i love the b&w one, but it would be so much better if you played with the conversion a little bit. as it is now, something isnt quite right about it. ALOT of potential though

Hi Walkingmanblues!

This will still be more difficult! I also prefer B&W. The squared shade turns the most evident effect in this

Another thing: the boy's expression in the right inferior corner has to do everything with B&W!
I saw all the peculiar personality of the photo there.

Very nice shots! Regards!

The art is the real expression of being. The more complex goes the method, less opportunities will have for the expression of the sense original of freedom. Remember, they are expressing the techniques and not making the techniques. (Bruce Lee)

Color version for me. Even for a downsize, this photo seems extremely noisy for me.

Yes, noisy--It's a scan of a color print. Sadly, I don't have a very good scanner and this is the best I could come up with, even after running the noise reduction filter in PSCS2. I know that there are plugins (Noise Ninja, for instance) that could address this, but I don't have it. So, until I get a better scanner or a plugin, this is the best I can do:(

So what ISO is the film you shoot with?
