I need another external hard drive --- my 500 gig is getting full. I would like to get one or two more 500gig external drives ---does anyone have any recommendations on what is on sale this week?
Thanks.

You can also just build your own with a SATA enclosure and any drive of your choice. http://img81.imageshack.us/img81/8646/capture1o.jpg

I might have to look into that a little more. Seems like a good long term fit for me. Scott

I prefer to do that so I know what kind of drive and enclosure I'm really working with. Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here

I prefer to do that so I know what kind of drive and enclosure I'm really working with. I have never done that but I think it is easy enough that maybe I can handle it. I have been shooting RAW & jpeg for my weddings the past few months which means I have tons of photos. I am trying to get to the point where I can shoot only jpeg for weddings and have to do little post to have quicker turn around time. Storage space has been something I have been running out of. You will probably have to format the drive to your OS spec, but that is easy. http://img81.imageshack.us/img81/8646/capture1o.jpg
