my company is giving me a gift in the $200 range (5 years with the company) that my boss is letting me pick out - if you have $200 what would you get? Below is my gear list:

40d
28-135
50mm 1.8
430 ex
Canon 200EG bag
3 Batteries
plenty of CF cards
Bogen legs and head

i obviously dont need any CF's or Batteries - i'm thinking perhaps a grip?

Yeah, I'd say get a grip too.

Or add another $100 and get a Tamron 28-75 or Sigma 24-70 f2.8

I grip, perhaps a remote switch for tripod use, maybe a circular polarizer.

Are there any filters you need?

That's pretty cool. I'd vote for grip without having any knowledge of what you usually shoot.

If you shoot landscapes/cityscapes or architecture, I'd vote for filters of some sort.
