I did a shoot today picked up an older CF Card, looked at the images on it (from along time ago!!) and deleted them. Continued on with my shoot, all is fine can look at my images, deleted a few of them in camera. I get home to download them and I get the dredded "ERR CF" 
Tried using my Card Reader, and it's asking me to reformat the card. The only thing I can think of is that I used that cf card (by looking at the pictures before I deleted them all) is that I used it with works Nikon D300. So the big question is.... Can I recover the images at all??? (btw I have a Canon 350d) I'm trying Photo Rescue right now..
