I am planning on doing some indoor shoots with my girlfriend and am also going to be doing some outdoor skate photography which i have never tried before.
For the indoor shooting I am going to be shooting with a Canon 1D Mark 1 and with a 50mm standard 1.8 lense. I have 2 softboxes so will have a fair bit of cotinuous lighting. The first shots will be done in various rooms and will be done with no studio backgrounds. just every day stuff but in the evening so in a dark room just using soft boxes. what will i need on top of that, i am happy to buy what i need to do it but just wanted an idea. i ideally want everything i need on the day i do it! alot of the photos will be done in the bath just framing the face half in water.
Second stuff i am doing will be outdoors, in the evening and in the day. i have been told the best thing to get is 2 sunpak 555s but they are hard to find. also, what else would i need to buy. i have noticed alot of ebay auctions are just for a flash and it looks like i would need to buy stuff on top. how easy would it be to use and would i have 1 flash on the camera and 1 flash on a stand or something like that.
