I am new to the forum and new to photography. I just unwrapped my new Canon Rebel XSi two days ago! I experimented with a few B&W pics. I have done nothing but crop these pics..I need to figure out the software to process the pics once I download them

I like the 2nd photo but you cropped them all a little too close. Remember that the subject does not have to fill up the whole photo. The rule of thirds is always a good rule to look into.

Thanks for the tip BrokenMirrors..I will remember that in the future!! I didn't crop much, since the pics were quite large (close ups)..maybe I should take them art a furtur distance?
