Not to go off topic, but this is a cool set.

It's a shame this is really such a remarkable play for him. Being a huge Phillies fan, I have seen him misplay so many balls in the dirt and muff the throw to second or third for a force to start a DP.

It shows he could be a much better fielder than he is and become a more effective fielder. Especially since we will be arbtrating with him for another 3 years.

I don't think he jumped... I think the field below him dropped a few feet, and it took him a second to catch up...

Thanks all for your comments. I know the big guy isn't stellar on defense, but as a Mets fan, I'd trade first basemen with the Phils any day!
