For the following:

400D with grip

50 F1.8
Sigma 17-70
Tamron 90 macro
3 flash guns
Extension tubes

Also, slots for memory, remote release and many, many, many filters

That would all fit in a Domke F-2.

Too small. The bag I have now is about the same size and I have outgrown it.

The F-7 double AF is bigger, but I have put that much stuff in an F-2 many times before.

F-2 is big. I think that would fit in my F-802 for sure. I don't grip my 40D, though. That bag is very nice.

I like the look of the Domke bags. Are they fairly hard wearing and resistant to the elements?

IIRC Jon has one that's about 20 years old, so I'd say "yes" ;)
I prefer Billingham over Domke, but Domke would be my second choice.
Then maybe Crumpler: Never had another brand bag I liked, apart from these 3, and quite a few I disliked.
