our upstraps came today too...it's very definitely a shoulder strap...won't work any other way. It looks like it'll be useful but I'm not sure how it'll pair with the rapid strap.

does someone want to buy lightroom 2 (or upgrade) and tell me if the presets all transfer (and photos) smoothly?

Define "Involved"  :p

Didn't some former President say something close to that once? :-D

Not everyone is an internationally known photog. We need every little bit of feedback we can get.

Canada makes me international? Hmm... I wonder if I do have time... I am going to Newberg on Friday - I could maybe swing down there...

costco really did a good job. I was thrilled with MPIX but they were more expensive than the costco prints. And honestly I'd have never thought they'd been printed there, they just did a good job.

Mike just ordered some prints from MPIX - I want to see his B&W, he had them printed on Ilford B&W paper.

T.D. wrote in post #6003574 (external link)
Yeah, honestly I couldn't tell the difference between them and my mpix print -- except the price, of course! $2.99 for 12x18 at Costco! And they'll reprint anything with no questions asked if you're not pleased.

But you need a Costco membership...
