Thanks Lisa, I hadn't used the macro lens for about a month until Chris encouraged me to join he and Scott at the dahlia farm. It's a lot of fun to shoot with.

Maybe I've never had any good salmon...everything I've ever tried here has had some kind of funky sawdust taste/texture thing going on....

Not a huge salmon fan myself, but smoked salmon is to die for. Simply awesome!

I've had well cooked salmon... it's still not good.... ick... And I'm not a very picky eater either! Unlike someone else I know...... :p

I wonder if it just doesn't ship well or something. The smoked stuff is what has that funny taste/texture thing going on. The only other salmon I've had is the stuff in a can...with chunks of bone in it....nasty.

You haven't had good, quality stuff then Wool.

I was unloading salmon boats from the time I was about 10 on. I spent years taking it for granted (along with all other seafood).

Puh-leeeeeeeeeeez... That sweet thing has only ever been a big mouth around me... once he realizes I'm good for a good scratch he's putty in my hands!!!!!
