I have some friends that travel around the country with their combines....that seems like an interesting lifestyle.

Yea. A lot of the guys in the Mid-West don't even harvest their own, it is all done by such companies.

I had an offer to run a combine for a summer a year or so ago, but they did a lot of grass seed, and with grass pollen allergies that didn't seem like a great idea. I wish I could have done it, just to say I did.

Air-conditioned cabs....with filters on everything because of the dust...and now satellite TV....guess some of the fields in the mid-west can be extremely boring.
