Here's some shots I took in Chicago last weekend with my new Canon 10-22. Hope you like em'.

I'm a fan of 3 & 5. I have a lot of good memories with places in 5 so that one wins with me. Envious of your new lens, looks like you're enjoying it so far.

Photo #2 and #3 do it for me. Beautiful!!

Been to chicago twice but never seen it as quiet as in pic #2

Those are great shots, more so in the fact that there are no people.
I try to get shots everytime I'm there but have yet to see empty streets!
Good job. The 10-22 looks like a must have for the city scapes.

Thanks for all the responses! The night shot was taken at 1:30am and there weren't many people on the streets. In #3, part of the train was under construction so it was pretty barren.

I usually have to wait for people to get out of the shot but it wasn't the case this time.

I've lived in Chicago my whole life and never get tired of pictures of it. Every shot of this city reflects the person taking it more than the the city itself. 100 people will see it 100 different ways.

Although I don't live in Chicago my daughter is schooling there, so I visit often.
I couldn't agree more. I never visit without my XTI on hand.
