Was going to out to find stuff to photograph Sunday, but needed brunch first, and a few beers, which led to more beer, and there were various people I know out on the patio, so I got to have some not terribly serious fun shooting against a bright sky (I've mostly just shot people indoors). The people at the next table had a D40 and D70 with them, so there was some good friendly conversation about the relative merits of Canon and Nikon.
The post-processing was done in RawTherapee, which I just downloaded recently and am quite impressed with. Yeah, it's a bit overdone and dark, but I think it shows the versatility of RawTherapee as more than a simple RAW converter.
