Well you can go many ways with this....
You can use your 430ex, and get another 430ex and a 580ex and use the 580 as a master, and the other two as slaves.
Also, you can buy 2-3 Vivitar 285hv flashes for about 80 bucks each, then get the ebay triggers, or if you want more reliable flash triggers, get the Skyports.
I guess you could also use optical triggers for the least expensive route, but I have no experience with them.
I would go to http://www.flashzebra.com (external link) to buy those and any other cables you need. Also, he sells flash brackets that tilt and hold the flash on a light stand!

So essencially, you need to have the flashes, a way to trigger the flashes, and tripod stands for holding the flashes.... Give me a sec, and I will provide links for you!

oh lol got cha! sorry, i've been at work all night( since 6pm) and I get off in 30 minutes (6am) :) I thought I should mention that if you do go the skyport route, your going to need to buy flash specific cables for the vivitar flashes, and like I said, I recommend Lon's Site : http://www.flashzebra.com (external link) because he is cheap and fast! Good luck!

Butting in - you'll also need a flash hotshoe adater of some sort to physically attach the flash to the top of the lightstand. At a push you could use ball-bungees or something to simply lash the flash guns to the stand.

Ah, yes - I was looking at the links to B&H and did not see a link for the flash mounts that you listed in your earlier paragraph. My bad for not reading thoroughly
