I did have a look, i used key words 'Better Beamer' & 'Flash Extender' but it didn't bring up anything. I'll try again going through the menus.

I am interested in getting one of these for my 430EX but have had no luck as they dont seem to be sold in the UK

Andrew - would really appreciate it if you could post / pm links to any similar products on ebay - I have done searches on it but no results so far.

Thanks

ok they are not exactly the same as the beamer, but i have used this version (the inflatable) and found that it extended my flash over my 17/85 with all extension tubes attached, without it i was left with the beam causing shadow on the subject.

now if you have a tube of super glue and a craft knife the following

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk …egoryZ48515QQcmdZViewItem (external link)

added to this

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk …7&_trksid=p3286.m14.l1318 (external link)

gives you the welfare version of the beam for which you search

roxen is worth keeping an eye on for gimmicky stuff at a fraction of the cost

Thanks - interesting stuff. I already have a flash diffuser - so might do a DIY with the magnifying lens you had posted .... if I could ever get my lazy @rse to do it ... :)

You may be able to get it at:http://naturescapes.net (external link)

They have a lot of UK members with them and have a great little online store for stuff like that.
