Um, like Pete said to, lol.

Did you find the paint program on the windows laptop?

Hit the print screen key
Open up mspaint (start menu/all programs/accessories)
Click on Edit tab
Choose Paste

and
Voila!

Oh, it had nothing to do with you hiding stuff on my computer. I'm just getting ready to retire this PC. That's all...

The easy way to get to pain is to use "start->Run" and type "mspaint" into the box. Same goes for most Windows programs (like the calculator, etc). I think maybe "excel", "Winword" etc, may also work...

Thanks Pete :D I have now learned my quota for the day (any more than two things and I start to twitch) and so will log off.

Really, I am leaving early today *listens intently for beer call from the coast* so will catch you all later :)

Mac trick for Lisa.

Press "shift" while minimising or maximising a window (or opening up your download stack, etc)

Cool, eh?

I did that but the paste option is greyed out, won't let me do it. I even re-started.

Does other copy-paste work ok?

Have you any start up programs that might interfere with the PrtScrn button?

Couple of nature's hoverers. Wish they would stay still long enough to get with the 100 macro, instead I had to use the 100-400:

Think maybe you got a good copy?

Yeah, I need the "All seeing eye" of LOTR to know who my wife is!!

erm, I don't recall getting any paintshop or photoshop stuff with the camera...all I got was a Digital Photo Professional thing to tweak your shots, but nothing that was considered "oooooooooooooooh la la"

What camera do you have? I got a copy of Photoshop Elements 2 when I bought my 20D back in 2004, but when I got the 40D last month, there was no third party software included with it. All I got was the usual Canon stuff (which is about to be uninstalled).
