You are getting me confused on what day of the week it is, shouldn't you be out on a date?

that's been the story of my freelancing career!! I SO understand. This is my first freelance sale that has actually been completed. (I've had several people say "we love those, we're going to order" but no one has.)

I have only made one sale, and I've had others who said they'd order but have yet to make an order. I had someone say to me last weekend "I want a copy of ALL the pictures from today." Oh really... They'll be on my website you can view them there... So not going to give them away! SHEESH!

Oh! I have another question for you all! I want to attempt to take my daughters senior pics. Can I get some good waist up/full body shots that have the nice blurry (bokeh?) background, with the lenses I have? Or should I consider getting one of the 50mm primes?

Naw, the best portrait lens is the 15mm fisheye lens. Cracks me up every time.

Tracking Alert
The 50 has been delivered to PA, scheduled for NJ tomorrow!

Cool. That's when they said it should arrive.

mtnphtgrphr wrote in post #5978960 (external link)
I think my frustration with that entire thread lies in the fact that I'm busting my butt to learn what I have learned... I'd kill to buy a couple more lenses and upgrade to a 5D... And yet here is this woman who is about as clueless as they come and she's just going to pour her money into something she knows nothing about... She asks questions that indicate she doesn't have a clue as to what is going on... She makes it clear that money isn't an object... ARGH!

Starting to think something's amiss.... I'm of the opinion that "she's" (assuming it's a girl) is making the whole thing up.

I tend to ramble. Feel free to put me on ignore.
