Maybe it's different for us. We've been married for almost 24 years, and spent a better part of it actually working together too. At first it was difficult but anymore, I'd rather be with him than anyone else. There are so many things that we just naturally respond to w/o having to debate or ask or whatever...we're just comfortable with one another...so no, in absolute honesty, I don't think it's a pain.
nice one, permagrin....we just celebrated our 5th anniversary yesterday...hasn't been a pain at all. We're just happy we're together, simple as that
Sure we have arguments, who doesn't....As the years add on, I develop a more advanced system of selective hearing

Its worse for me, actually. Strong chemical odors (especially certain perfumes) give me a migrane. I'd take sniffley sneezes any day over that.
Nail varnish always gives me a headache when my wife puts it on...or when any female is putting it on for that matter...
