Dan bought me a wireless remote for my Ds2 and some little walkie talkies so that when we're out shooting and cannot find one another....:lol:

Those will be nice. We use them when we travel. Easier than cell phones and everyone in the "convoy" can take part.

Don't worry you and me both know school will take up all their time. The rest of the time they will probably be in bed.

A Canon remote or something different?

the canon LC-3. It's pretty nice. I haven't tried it yet. Pro photo had it used for 1/4 the new price (and I think it was from the same collection as my camera) and it looks new.

yeah, neither of us ever hear our cell phones when we're out shooting so this should answer the communication problems.

Dinner tends to be late and exotic when I cook After hours of gathering ingredients and cooking I always realize as good as it was I could have ate out for half as much money and work

But where is the fun in that? And you can't do the little taste test when you eat out.:D

All right...that didn't take long. Wife helped tremendously by getting most of it done when I was napping and didn't tell me.

I've never been a slave to fashion. I just keep wearing the same thing over and over every week. Never really cared what anyone else thinks about my (lack of) fashion...

In high school I had enough clothing for about 3 weeks before having to do laundry....it's just me having to wear the same thing over and over again. Not as bad as my former co-worker who wore the same business suit type outfit everyday with only a different shirt each time.

cfpackerfan wrote in post #6096620 (external link)
Yessir. Will do sir. Maybe. :p
And I seriously considered taking her to the lake this last weekend.
I AM going to teach her to ride the kayak with me. I am.

Oh....I can see the procrastination oooozing!

Permagrin wrote in post #6096677 (external link)
I had lobster, shrimp and scallops...sooo yummy :)

and we're having cake and champagne later.

very fun day.

Yummy on the bottom feeder food.....can have seafood everyday if allowed. Wife hates it.

Oh and about that cake.....a cold glass of milk would be way better ;)

Thanks Terri. ;)

Dude... my Kindergartner would NOT survive the day with a tie AND a tucked in shirt!!!! WOW!!!!! He was in a wedding and apparently pitched a fit so his dad didn't make him wear the tie hehehehehe I wasn't there since were already separated by that time so I don't fully know what went down... hehehehehe

I am kinda concerned with Evan. For the last two years he always came out of the class room when I picked him up with his shirt untucked. This year, there will be money fines for being 'out of uniform'. :|

I just found out that my sister is pregnant! LOL!

This will be her second baby.

This makes 4 of my sisters pregnant at the same time, LOL! (one is a sister in law, but it counts)

Congrats to all your sisters....now, don't drink the water Cat

There *are* no duties. Just a vicious rumor.

The truth is out there I tell YOU!! It cannot be hidden forever!!

Well I bought an Adventure Vest and it arrived today. I immediately took off the darn seat and now I like it. It might take a bit to get used to but I think it will come in handy.

Nice, it looks practical, though that seat does look annoying if having to get up and down often.
