The glut of DSLR's at this thing was amazing...all with their little pop up flashes going!

Now that the rebels are only slightly more $ than the best P&S cameras, it seems like they are everywhere.

So true - and not only Rebels.

I am at an airport, getting shots of various international take offs and landings when a guy fronts up...

"Hi. Wow - look at your lenses. Look at my camera - I just bought it."

"Yeah, hang on a minute mate, I am trying to get this shot."

"But take a look. It's really a cool camera."

"Arrgh. Missed that one. So, what are you going to shoot, buddy?"

"The A380. What lens should I use?" He is holding a wide in one hand and long in the other.

"Use the long one, mate".

"It's not working! It won't work! I can't get it in focus! Help. What's gone wrong?"

Takes a look at his brand new D60.

"Turn it on, mate."

.....

Photographs are records of life. Pity they don't make music when you put them in a record player. :p

Wade has had facial hair of some kind as long as I've known him. He shaved it off once a few years ago because I wanted to see what he looked like with a bald face.
I laughed my butt off.

He's usually trimmed .. he's got lots of different looks, but yes, I like the scruffy look too.

I've had my beard for so long that, other than my baby pictures, I think this is the only picture I have of myself without it.

Heather doesn't know what I look like without it, either.

At one time I sported the long hair, bushy beard biker look, but as I got older, I adopted a bit more conservative look and now keep both my hair and beard trimmed up.

Didn't even see the nephew in the shot at first. Just the little girl doing some nasal mining.

Wade's nickname in highschool was 'teen wolf'. He was the only guy in 10th grade with a full beard.
