Tripod for Sony HVR-HD 1000U

Hey there you guys.

Well my church is getting into the video scene and needs some help.

As of right now the camera that they are planning on getting is the Sony HVR-HD 1000U. I haven't researched it to much, so I'm not sure if it's the best deal out there. If you have any recommendations feel free to speak up.

The tripod that has been recommended is the Bogen/Manfrotto 3221 WN with some 'pro video' head :confused:
If you have any comments on this also, that would be much obliged.

This is all going to be a stationary unit if that helps.
