Ok, how would you say: "Wow, you didn't get my joke! You are so gullible!"

Then how would you write "sardonic laughter"?

:p

I just wrote those words by randomly hitting my keyboard.

Sorry, it's getting late here. I think I need to go to bed.

Ah ha, so you say... but it's too late: :p

I was directing the "you didn't get my joke" to the other guy by the way.

I know they aren't real German words.... :-|

I believe it stands for Luxury! I will say this: My experience is that the "L" lenses have better color, sharper, and just all around an outstanding lens. I really don't want to buy anything but an "L"!

It's also how I feel about IS! I think all lenses need IS, in my very humble opinion.!;)

You don't need IS. You need a lot of light and a fast shutter and a tripod. Not IS. :p

I must say, I don't really notice IS on or off much with my 17-55mm. I think it is more needed on the longer end (which I see you have).

With the 70-200 f/4L IS I tried in a shop and in Canon showroom, the IS is (is is?) BRILLIANT.

Then, with my 200mm 2.8L I use good techique to do without IS... but IS would be a great addition. Sucks it cost more to have it.

Maybe Olympus has the right idea putting it in the camera body... though I'd rather have Canon quality. ;)

I wondered what a Nikonian would say?!

So I went to their forum for a look.

"My question is, how does Nikon brand their "Top tier" glass? With Canon, you know that "L" series means top tier with them, so what is the Nikon equivalent of "L" series glass?"

So it must mean: "Top Tier"
