Looks like the Cybersync is as fast or faster than the Skyports. One thing to keep in mind with this sort of testing is that even very high quality shutters can easily be off up to 1/3 of a stop and can vary from camera to camera, even on the exact same model.

If I was learning/amateur/etc then these to me are the best wireless trigger around. They perform as good as my PW, IMO. If I was shooting pro/getting paid then PW are still the best around. Plus a lot of monolights/companies will have PW modules built in.

Mine haven't fallen off, but I have heard of others carelessly knocking theirs off. I am guessing that the reasoning for not having a way to secure them is that they (along with the Skyports) are designed for studio work. Derek

With that said, i would gladly have payed a few buck more to have a method of securing them, just not double like PW's would cost. I've never knocked any of my transmitters off, however I am constantly taking them off the hot-shoe to meter lights, adjust power settings e.t.c. which would be a lot more difficult if were to unscrew them and reattach them every time - I can imagine that a lot of other studio photographers do the same. Additionally, I'd much rather the transmitter came off the hot-shoe when it took a knock than the camera itself taking the impact.
