It does come with a large monoplug and a small one. Also another cable with a PC connection. The only issue I had with mine is that the contact on the bottom of the transmitter gets pushed up inside the transmitter to where it won't make connections good enough. The unit came apart really easy and I was able to fix it without any problem. I can see it happening again though.

Both my Cybersync transmitter units seem to fit quite snugly into the camera. I can't imagine them sliding out. In fact I have some difficulty pulling them out.

Called the great folks at AB and ordered mine today too! I tend to shoot in some busy areas (other folks with cameras), so I ordered a reciever for each of my lights, and two transmitters (extra one just in case of failure).

That 2nd transmitter is great for metering too.

Well, it's $8.50 less than the one out of stock and looks like it should work. The Cybersyncs have a PC to mono plug with them.

Now, I don't have to take the other one off the hotshoe, which is very snug.

Different strokes... I can't stand the idea of having the appendage off the side of the meter and by doing that the sync cord enters the picture again and my reason for going to wireless triggering was to eliminate the sync cord and all its drawbacks. Also, when I'm on location I need to have my meter on hand and it goes in my pocket when not in use. Having the trigger mounted makes that impossible and too bulky for my taste.

Hey, if it works for you, great. I guess that's why there is chocolate and vanilla. :D

A reasonable alternative when the flash units you are controlling do not have the PW receiver capability built in! It would add $400 to the cost of my Dynalites (and I would have to sell my existing lights to buy the new ones!) as the PW-capable models of the Dynalite carry that premium. And I own three Dynalite power packs, so for $1200, I'd rather have a 'wart' on my flash (and not have to also buy a new Sekonic meter to replace my Minolta meter, too!) and use the Cybersync.

Yup, sometimes budgetary issues interfere with what we want (but do not 'need'!)

All you posts TMR seem to only try to boost about PW. This is a thread about the cybersync system. So you you dont have one or plan to get one why are you even commneting? Maybe you need to remember what your momma should have taught you "If you dont have anything good to say DO NOT say anything at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
