Dunno mate ... I didn't read the captions. Didn't have long enough. Just some old stuff on the ground floor and first floor ;-)a and then the funny geezer who stood there while I tried to take an 'arty' pillars shot, so I took him instead!

:lol: Yeah, I dunno. He just appeared as I was about to take a shot. I think maybe he is the Back to the Future guy who found himself transported there or summat!

Well what do you know he does look like Doc Brown. That time travel can really age a fellow.

A little bit more serious this time...

What lens Dave? Whatever it is it's quite decent. And the B&W conversion is pretty good too... (this is NOT meant to sound like a condyk fan club... I reserve the right to extract the michael later)

Lens is 35mm 2.0, cheap 'n cheerful little lens but very good quality and amazing keeper ratio. B&W I do to the RAW in Bibble Pro. Has a nice set of film emulations you can play with. I like the Kodak Tri-X one.

I love the last shot!

...But still the clever north wind was not satisfied. It spoke to her of towns yet to be visited, friends yet to be discovered...

I like the texture and PP in this series Dave. Is that Marty McFly at the background of the last photo?

Lovely work. I really like the horse's head and the people gathered around the skeleton shots. Really nice :)

Did you have any trouble in shooting in the museum, or is it allowed?

Cheers y'all ... and yeah, it could be ol' Marty in the background there. You'd kinda put him there if it was a film promotion shot eh?

Thanks man, the skeleton shot is nice with all the tourists contemplating their mortality. The lady straight on is a Nun and the rest of them Japanese teenage girls on a tour. Camera and flash was no problem. The place was heavin' and everyone seemed to have a little P&S and a good number with DSLR's ... mainly Nikon (Lots of Japanese there) but some Pentax too and several L's. I want to go back when I have more time, never been before which is shameful  and also to the Natural History Museum. Haven't been there in a few years.
