I saw an Avanti the other day! First one in years.

downright ugly.

Well, I wouldn't put them in the same category as the Aztec? :D

LS7 was introduced in 1969 by GM, it is an aluminum head 454. For a long time you could buy them as crate engines. The above mentioned C6 motor is using a recycled name.

As for the Staudebaker, I really don't like them due to their shape. But this car looks nice to me since I prefer simple paint and body lines.

Sorry, I knew the LS6 was a relabel, but did not know the LS7 had a previous identity. Thanks for the info.

That's why my comment, "I don't argue with them & just write down what I think they told me." I can't keep up with the changes made over the years, either.
