film development and scanning services

i would like to find somewhere to send film to get developed, and instead of getting 4x6 proofs, i'd rather get high quality scans. i've had some digital prints from my 20d printed from a place called Buckeye Photo.

anyone have this done, or recommend a place they use and like.
