Can someone tell me how to use music on a DVD without violating copyright of someone's music?

To look through lens and press the shutter,
Is to capture the spirit of the created;
That the Creator may be glorified.

Buy Royalty- Free music. There is NO way to get around it. Even if you shell out the $$$ for a license from BMI, it really isn't the legal and correct way to do it. You can get music from places like Triple Scoop Music (external link) and Music Bakery (external link). There was a big, and I mean BIG discussion about this over at DWF and this is really the only way to do it. Unless you search out a new band over on Myspace for Facebook who is willing to let you use their music to get their name out. Quite a few "indie" bands will do this.
