I'm to this type of forum..ok heres the thing: canon 30d is used all day long it is showing dust or little specks is there a certain way to clean it or some type of cloth to dust it off ?!?!

I'd run a sensor cleaning. Hit the button for it in the menu. It will cause the mirror to flip up. Turn the camera face down and use a rocket blower to clean the insides. Then once you shut the camera off and the mirror flips back down, run the rocket blower over the mirror to get any dust off of the mirror Name is Peter and here is my gear:
